The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) opened higher for the second consecutive day.
The DSEX, the benchmark index of the premier bourse in Bangladesh, gained 13 points, or 0.2pc, to 6,509 at 10:30 am. Turnover stood at Tk 306 crore.
Of the securities, 118 advanced, 58 declined, and 156 did not show any price movement.
The Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) rose in the morning session.
The CASPI, the all-share price index of the bourse in the port city, extended 25 points, or 0.13pc, to 19,206 at 10:30 am. Turnover stood at Tk 5 crore.
On the CSE, 49 stocks advanced, 27 fell, and 53 were unchanged.
