Bangladesh Finance has once again clinched the prestigious ICAB (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh) award in the ‘Financial Services Sector,’ marking an impressive third consecutive victory.
This remarkable accomplishment underscores the company’s consistent commitment to excellence. The recognition from ICAB, which acknowledged Bangladesh Finance Limited for delivering the best financial report in 2022, reaffirms the organization’s standing as a leader in the industry. Notably, Bangladesh Finance also received additional accolades in the categories of Corporate Governance and Integrated Reporting.
The award ceremony, held at Pan Pacific Sonargaon on the evening of October 30, 2023, celebrated 30 institutions and organizations across 15 different categories. During the award presentation, Md. Roknuzzaman FCA, Chairman of the audit committee and independent director of Bangladesh Finance, along with Md. Kyser Hamid, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, accepted the honors from Commerce Minister Md. Tipu Munshi. In his official response, Md. Kyser Hamid expressed his gratitude and emphasized that receiving the ICAB award for the third consecutive time underscores Bangladesh Finance’s unwavering commitment to financial excellence. He expressed optimism that this recognition will continue to shine in the foreseeable future.
The event was graced by the presence of Dr. Shamsul Alam, the state minister for Planning, Md. Moniruzzaman FCA, President of ICAB, and various other distinguished guests.
