The Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) has finalized the appointment of three individuals for the position of Managing Director (MD) through a recent council meeting. The list of final candidates has been sent to the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) for approval.
The three individuals selected for the position are M. Saifur Rahman Majumdar, former Managing Director of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), Md. Ghulam Faruque, former Managing Director of CSE, and A.K.M Shahroze Alam, Head of the Settlement and Listing Division at CSE.
