One of the Listed corporations, Investment Corporation of Bangladesh has recommended 2.5% cash & 2.5% stock Dividend (subject to approval from BSEC) for the year ended June 30, 2023.
In terms of financial performance, The Corporation has further informed Consolidated EPS of Tk. 0.92 for the year ended June 30, 2023, as against Tk. 1.71 for the year ended June 30, 2022. The Company has also reported Consolidated NAV per share of Tk. 53.34 for the year ended June 30, 2023.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on December 23, through the digital platform. The record date for this has been fixed at November 29.
