One of the Listed companies, H.R. Textile Limited has recommended 5% cash Dividend to the General Shareholders other than Sponsors and Directors for the year ended June 30, 2023.
The Sponsors/Directors hold 14,093,947 shares out of total 29,221,500 shares of the company and Tk. 75 lakh 63 thousand 776 taka is payable to the general shareholders as cash dividend.
In terms of financial performance, The Company has further informed EPS loss of Tk. 0.54 for the year ended June 30, 2023. The Company has also reported NAV per share of Tk. 41.33 for the year ended June 30, 2023.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on January 23, through the digital platform. The record date for this has been fixed at December 4.
