M. Shaifur Rahman Mazumdar, FCA, FCMA has been appointed as the Managing Director (MD) of the Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE), the country’s second-largest stock market.
The appointment was approved during the 888th commission meeting of the regulatory body, Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), held on Thursday, November 16.
According to the regulations outlined in the CSE’s Management Council Act of 2013, M. Shaifur Rahman Mazumdar, FCA, FCMA will assume the role of Managing Director.
