Eight entrepreneurs and directors of Sunlife Insurance listed in stock market have announced the sale of a total of 1 crore 10 lakh 28 thousand 281 shares they collectively hold, with a current market value exceeding BDT 58 crore 33 lakh 96 thousand 65 taka. This information comes from sources at the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).
According to sources, Zahid Maleque, the sponsor of the company, plans to sell a total of 29 lakh 58 thousand shares. Other entrepreneurs, Mustaque Ahmed 7 lakh 94 thousand 672 shares, Shabana Maleque (7 lakh 15 thousand 213 shares, Kazi Aktar Hamid 7 lakh 76 thousand 378 shares, Rubina Hamid 17 lakh 56 thousand 760 shares, Rahat Maleque 30 lakh 49 thousand 800 shares, Saidur Rahman Khan 2 lakh 50 thousand 29 shares, and Advocate Shaila Ferdous 7 lakh 17 thousand 429 shares also intend to sell their shares. In total, these eight entrepreneurs and directors will sell 1 crore 10 lakh 28 thousand 281 shares with a current market value of Tk 58 crore 33 lakh 96 thousand 65.
These entrepreneurs and directors will be able to sell the mentioned quantity of shares in the block market of Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) within the next 30 working days.
