The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) edged down today snapping three days’ gaining streak.
The DSEX, the benchmark index of the premier bourse in Bangladesh, lost 7 points, or 0.11pc, to 6,523 at 12:40 pm. Turnover stood at Tk 893 crore.
Of the securities, 76 advanced, 114 declined and 175 did not show any price movement.
On the other hand, The Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) fell today breaking three sessions’ rising streak.
The CASPI, the all-share price index of the bourse in the port city, dropped 27 points, or 0.14pc, to 19,232 at 12:40 pm. Turnover stood at Tk 14 crore.
On the CSE, 60 stocks advanced, 67 fell, and 85 were unchanged.
