BRAC Bank has announced the temporary cessation of all cash withdrawal transactions using its cards outside the country. The suspension, effective from Sunday, December 24, was confirmed through a notice issued by BRAC Bank.
While this measure restricts cash withdrawals abroad, cardholders are still permitted to engage in transactions for purchases through Point of Sale (POS) terminals and utilize e-commerce services within the limits of their designated travel quota, as outlined in the notice. The move aims to manage and control international cash transactions via BRAC Bank cards during the specified period.
