Chairman of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), Professor Shibli Rubayat-Ul-Islam, has extended warm congratulations to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, the President of the Bangladesh Awami League, on their impressive victory in the recent 12th National Parliament election. The congratulatory message was conveyed during a meeting at the Ganobhaban on Tuesday at noon. BSEC Commissioners Dr Shamsuddin Ahmed, Dr Mizanur Rahman, M.
