The ambassador, congratulating the minister on his reappointment, expressed China’s willingness to deepen judicial exchanges and cooperation between the two nations.
In response, Law Minister Anisul Huq conveyed gratitude to China for its enduring support in safeguarding Bangladesh’s sovereignty and opposing external interference. He acknowledged China’s role in facilitating and contributing to Bangladesh’s national development, citing the strong traditional friendship as the foundation for bilateral judicial cooperation.
Minister Huq expressed Bangladesh’s commitment to strengthening friendly exchanges with China in the realm of judicial cooperation. The meeting, attended by Dr Hafiz Ahmed Chowdhury, Secretary of Legislative and Parliamentary Affairs Division, and the Political Director of the Embassy, highlighted the shared commitment to fostering cooperation in the judicial arena between the two countries.
