E-Generation Limited, a tech company listed on the stock exchange, has announced the sale of 47 lakh 82 thousand 80 shares by its top executives. According to reliable sources from the Dhaka Stock Exchange on Thursday, the Chairman of the company, SM Ashraful Alam, will be selling 2 lakh 82 thousand 80 shares held in his possession. Additionally, Shameem Ahsan, the Managing Director of the company, has declared the sale of 10 lakh shares out of the 1 crore 70 lakh 33 thousand 683 shares in his possession.
Notably, the company’s executives and corporate directors have informed the exchange about their intentions to sell shares. According to insiders, Syeda Kamrun Nahar Ahmed, the Director of E-Generation, will be selling 10 lakh shares out of the 60 lakh 3 thousand 283 shares she holds. Furthermore, E-Generation’s Corporate Director, affiliated with E-Generation Sourcing Limited, will sell 25 lakh shares out of the 40 lakh 14 thousand 82 shares in their possession, as reported to the Dhaka Stock Exchange.
The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) has been informed that within the next 30 trading days, these shares will be available for sale in the public or block market.
