One of the Listed insurance companies, Eastland Insurance Company Limited has recommended 10% Cash Dividend for the general public shareholders excluding the Sponsors/ Directors for the year ended on 31-Dec-2023.
In terms of financial performance, The Company has further informed EPS of Tk. 1.14 for the year ended December 31, 2023. The Company has also reported NAV per share of Tk. 21.67 paisa.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company will be taking place on April 30, through the digital platform. The record date for this has been fixed at April 2.
