Emerald Oil Industries Limited’s Corporate Director, Minori Bangladesh, has announced the sale of an additional 36 lakh 66 thousand 500 shares in the food and beverage sector at the Dhaka Stock Exchange. This information was revealed according to sources on Monday (March 25).
According to sources, Minori Bangladesh Limited, holding 3 crore 52 lakh 25 thousand 400 shares of Emerald Oil, has announced the sale of 36 crore 66 lakh 500 shares. The company will complete the sale of the shares in the block market of the DSE at the market price by April 30.
Prior to this, Minori Bangladesh sold 10 lakh shares of Emerald Oil last Thursday.
Emerald Oil, listed on the Dhaka Stock Exchange in 2014, is owned by 59.61% stakeholders. Previously, allegations of share purchases were made against the company without any announcement or compliance with the law.
