Mamonoor Rashid, a Sponsor of ADN Telecom, has announced his intention to transfer a portion of his shares within the company.
Out of his total holding of 13,05,000 shares, he plans to transfer 10 lakh shares to his children. Ahnaf Rafid, his son, will receive 6 lakh shares, while his daughter, Ayesha Amanah Nuha, will receive 4 lakh shares. Both recipients are general shareholders within the company. The transfer will occur outside the trading system of the Exchange and is scheduled to be completed by April 30.
