The board of directors of listed companies Aman Feed and Gemini Sea Food have declared to pay dividends to shareholders. After reviewing the audited financial reports for the financial year ended June 30, 2022, the board of directors of the duo firms decided to pay the dividend.
On Thursday, October 20, the information was revealed by Dhaka Stock Exchange sources.
Aman Feed: The board of directors of the company has decided to pay 10pc cash dividend only to regular shareholders. After reviewing the financial report of the last financial year, the company’s earnings per share (EPS) was Tk 0.84. As on June 30, 2022, the company’s NAVPS stood at Tk 32.52. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company to be held on December 26 to approve the declared dividend by consensus of the shareholders. And the company’s record date for distribution of dividends to shareholders has been fixed on November 28.
Gemini Sea Food: The company’s board of directors has declared 40pc dividend to shareholders. Out of this 10pc are cash and 30pc bonus dividend. According to the financial report of the completed financial year, the company’s earnings per share (EPS) was Tk 12.49. At the end of June 30, 2022, the company’s assets per share (NAVPS) stood at Tk 30.01 paisa. The annual general meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on December 8 to approve the declared dividend with the consent of the shareholders. And the company’s record date for distribution of dividends to shareholders has been fixed on November 10.
