Jil Bangla Sugar Mills Limited declared no cash dividends for the financial year ended 30 June 2022. The company will not pay any dividends to the shareholders.
The source was taken after reviewing and approving the audited financial report of the last financial year in the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held today Thursday, October 20, 2022.
The loss per share (EPS) of the company stood at 88 taka 27 paisa. Last year The loss per share was 115 taka 97 paisa.
The annual general meeting of the company will be held on December 27 through the digital platform. The record date for this has been fixed on 22 November.
