One of the Listed companies Rahim Textile Mills Limited has declared dividend for the financial year ending on June 30, 2022. The company will pay 10pc dividend to the shareholders for the current fiscal year and it’s all cash.
The decision of dividend was taken after reviewing and approving the audited financial report of the last financial year in the meeting of the board of directors of the company held on Saturday, October 22.

According to sources, the company’s earnings per share (EPS) stood at Tk 1.58 paisa during the year under review. The company’s income in the previous year was Tk 2.25 paisa.
The annual general meeting of the company is to be held on December 27 through the digital platform. The record date for this has been fixed on 14 November.
