Mamun Agro Products Limited, one of the listed SME sector companies, has declared dividends for the financial year ended on June 30, 2022. The company will pay 10pc dividend to shareholders for the discussed year and it’s all cash.
The dividend decision was taken after reviewing and approving the audited financial report of the last financial year in the meeting of the board of directors of the company held on Thursday, October 20.

According to sources, the company’s earnings per share (EPS) stood at Tk 1.22 paisa for the year under review. In the previous year, the income of the company was Tk 1.31 paisa.
The annual general meeting of the company is to be held on December 22 through the digital platform. The record date for this has been fixed on November 15.
