One of the Listed companies Index Agro Industries Limited has declared dividends for the financial year ended on June 30, 2022. The company will pay 10pc cash dividend to shareholders for the discussed year.
The dividend decision was taken after reviewing and approving the audited financial report of the last financial year in the meeting of the board of directors of the company held on Thursday, October 20.
According to the sources, the company’s earnings per share, EPS stood at Tk 5.09 paisa for the year under review. The company’s consolidated EPS for the previous year was Tk 5.63 paisa.
The annual general meeting of the company is to be held on December 21 through the digital platform. The record date for this has been fixed on 14 November.
