Sinobangla Industries Ltd has announced an 11pc dividend for investors. Out of this 10 pc cash and 1 pc bonus dividend, after reviewing the audited financial report of the last financial year, June 30, 2022, in the meeting of the firm’s board of directors held on Wednesday, 26 October.
According to their data, the company’s earnings per share (EPS) for the year under review stood Tk 1.81 paisa. In the previous year, the earnings per share were Tk 1.79 paisa.
The annual general meeting of the company will be held on 18 January to approve the announced dividend. The record date for this has been fixed on November 28.
