Fortune Shoes Limited has declared 15pc dividend for the financial year ended June 30, 2022. Out of this 10pc cash and 5pc bonus dividend. This decision was taken in the meeting of the company’s board of directors held on Thursday (October 27).
The company’s earnings per share (EPS) in the last year has been Tk 2.30 paisa. The previous year’s earnings per share were 1 taka 51 paisa.
The annual general meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on December 8 to approve the declared dividend. The record date for this has been fixed on November 24.
