Dhaka Boursaes or Dhaka Stock Exchange, DSE has declared dividends for the financial year ended June 30, 2022. The company will pay 6pc cash dividend to shareholders for the year under review, after reviewing and approving the audited financial report of the last financial year at the meeting of the DSE Board of Directors held on Thursday (October 27).
According to sources, the post-tax profit of the bourses was Tk 124 crore 79 lakh in the year under review. And the earnings per share (EPS) has been 69 paisa.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on December 26 through the digital platform. The record date for this has been fixed on November 28.
