Anwar Galvanizing Limited has declared 100pc dividend for the financial year ended June 30, 2022. Of this, 80pc is bonus and 20pc is cash dividend. According to sources, the company’s consolidated earnings per share (EPS) for the fiscal year ended at Tk 11.54 paisa.
The company will hold the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 17, 2023, to approve the declared dividend. The record date for this has been fixed on November 16.
