Bangladesh Shipping Corporation, BSC has declared 20pc dividend for the financial year ended June 30, 2022. Out of this 10pc cash and 5pc bonus dividend. This decision was taken in the meeting of the company’s board of directors held on Tuesday (November 1).
The Corporation has also reported EPS of Tk. 14.80, NAV per share of Tk. 72.52 and NOCFPS of Tk. 23.87 for the year ended June 30, 2022, as against Tk. 4.72 Tk. 60.28 and Tk. 12.78 respectively for the same period of the previous year.
The annual general meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on December 6 to approve the declared dividend. The record date for this has been fixed on November 23.
