Central Pharma has declared no dividend for the financial year ended June 30, 2022, after reviewing and approving the financial report of the current financial year at the meeting.
According to the financial report of the completed financial year, the earnings per share (EPS) of the company loss by 57 paisa.
The company’s NAV per share (NAVPS) at the end of June 30, 2022, stood at Tk 5.96 paisa, the firm will hold the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on December 29 to approve this dividend. The record date for this has been fixed on November 24.
