Western Marine Shipyard Ltd has declared no cash dividend for the financial year ended June 30, 2022.
According to the financial report of the completed financial year, the earnings per share (EPS) of the company was lost by Tk 0.05 paisa. Earnings per share (EPS) was lost by Tk 0.04 paisa in the corresponding period last fiscal.
The company’s NAV per share (NAVPS) at the end of June 30, 2022, stood at Tk 21.08 paisa, the firm will hold the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 20 December to approve this dividend. The record date for this has been fixed on November 27.
