Meghna Cement Mills Ltd: declared 10pc dividends of which 5pc cash dividends and 5pc bonus dividends to the investors. According to sources, the firm posted earnings per share (EPS) of Tk 1.95 paisa in the fiscal year ended. It had posted earnings per share (EPS) loss of 86 paisa in the previous year.
The company’s assets per share (NAVPS) at the end of June 30, 2022 stood at Tk 97.90 paisa.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on December 29 through the digital platform. The record date for this has been fixed on December 1.
