Mithun Knitting & Dyeing Ltd: declared no dividends to the investors. The company has noticed BSEC, DSE, CSE and shareholders regarding suspension of factory since September 20, 2019. Due to the suspension of factory operation, the EPS and NOCFPS were zero.
The company has also informed that it is not possible to disclose the NAVPS of the company before a final report of the enquiry committee formed by BSEC has been submitted.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on December 20 through the digital platform. The record date for this has been fixed on November 28.
