One of the listed companies, Premier Leasing & Finance Limited, has announced no dividends to the investors for the year ending December 31, 2021.
According to sources, the firm reported consolidated earnings per share (EPS) loss of Tk 18.18 paisa in the fiscal year ended. It had posted earnings per share (EPS) loss of Tk 2.93 paisa in the previous year.
The company’s net assets per share (NAVPS) at the end of June 30, 2022, stood at Tk 2.12 paisa.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on December 22 through the digital platform. The record date for this has been fixed on November 30.
