The company declares 10pc cash dividends to its investors for the year ended June 30, 2022.
According to sources, the firm posted earnings per share (EPS) of Tk 1.72 paisa in the fiscal year ended. It had posted earnings per share (EPS) of Tk 4.50 (restated) paisa in the previous year.
The company’s net assets per share (NAVPS) at the end of June 30, 2022, stood at Tk 133.66 paisa.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on January 21 through the digital platform. The record date for this has been fixed at November 30.
First Quarter (Q1) Financial
The fund’s earnings per share (EPS) stood at Tk 1.46 paisa in Q1 of the current financial year. EPS was Tk 1.82 paisa during the same period last year. As of September 30, 2022, the net asset value (NAVPS) of the fund was Tk 139.07 paisa.
