One of the listed companies, BD Thai Food Limited, has announced 3pc dividends to the investors for the year ending June 30, 2022.
According to sources, the firm reported consolidated earnings per share (EPS) loss of Tk 0.22 paisa in the fiscal year ended. It had posted earnings per share (EPS) loss of Tk 0.58 paisa in the previous year.
The company’s net assets per share (NAVPS) at the end of June 30, 2022, stood at Tk 14.12 paisa.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on December 28 through the digital platform. The record date for this has been fixed on December 1.
