One of the listed companies, Meghna Petroleum Limited, has announced 150pc cash dividends to the investors for the year ending June 30, 2022.
According to sources, the firm reported consolidated earnings per share (EPS) loss of Tk 29.25 paisa in the fiscal year ended. It had posted earnings per share (EPS) loss of Tk 26.07 paisa in the previous year.
The company’s net assets per share (NAVPS) at the end of June 30, 2022, stood at Tk 174.15 paisa.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on January 14 through the digital platform. The record date for this has been fixed on December 11.
