The Company has reported consolidated EPS of Tk. 3.62, Consolidated NAV per share (Including Revaluation Surplus) of Tk. 82.53, Consolidated NAV per share (Excluding Revaluation Surplus) of Tk. 74.62 as against Tk. 4.01, Tk. 79.76 & Tk. 71.79 respectively for the same period of the previous year.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) and EGM of the company will be held on December 28 through the digital platform. The record date for this has been fixed on December 4.
