The benchmark index DSEX shed 10.64 points or 6,260. The Shariah-based index DSES dropped 2.23 points or 1,372, and the blue-chip index DS30 lost 3.62 points or 2,208.
Of the issues traded, 27 advanced, 71 declined, and 246 remained unchanged.
Northern Jute Manufacturing Company Limited ranked top gainer on DSE, Â the share price increased by 20 taka 50 paisa or 8.72 percent. On this day, the share was last traded at 255 taka 70 paisa.
On the other hand, Orion Infusion Limited ranked top loser on the DSE, the share price dropped by 62 taka 80 paisa or 7.46 percent. On this day, the share was last traded at Tk 778.70.
DSE topped on trade Intraco Refueling Station Limited, 34 crores 16 lakh 50 thousand takas of shares of the company have been traded.
