BSEC: Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission has rejected the dividend declared by listed Safko Spinning Mills.

According to the DSE, the company announced a bonus dividend of 1 percent for investors after reviewing the financial report for the financial year ended (June 30, 2022). But as per rules, no company can distribute dividends without the permission of BSEC.
The company applied to BSEC for permission to declare bonus dividend and distribute it to investors. But BSEC did not approve the bonus dividend of Safko Spinning.
