The benchmark index DSEX dropped 2.26 points or 6,214. The Shariah-based index DSES shed 1.91 points or 1,357, and the blue-chip index DS30 lost 2.63 points or 2,218.

Bangladesh General Insurance Company Limited ranked top gainer on DSE, the share price increased by Tk 4.9 paisa or 10 percent. On this day, the share was last traded at Tk 53.90 paisa.
On the other hand, Orion Infusion Limited ranked top loser on the DSE, the share price dropped by Tk 21.2 paisa or 6.33 percent. On this day, the share was last traded at Tk 313.60 paisa.
