BSEC: The Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission has sent notice for the new schedule of stock market transactions in the holy month of Ramadan amhead.
During the month of Ramadan, trading will be done in both Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) and Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) markets of the country from 10 am to 1.20 pm.
This information is known in the press release signed by on Monday (March 20) BSEC Assistant Director Md. Mosavvir Al Ashickon Monday (March 20).
According to the new schedule, trading in the stock market to continue from 10:00 am to 1:20 pm in Ramadan. And there will be a 10-minute post-closing session. In that case the post closing session will be from 1:20pm to 1:30pm.
At present, trading is held in the capital market from 10 am to 2:30 pm. It has been reported that after Ramadan, the transaction will continue as usual.
