Md. Altamis Nabil, a multifaceted individual known for his roles as an author, social activist, trainer, and tech evangelist, has achieved recognition by winning the prestigious 40Under40 Smart Bangladesh ICT Award. This esteemed accolade, organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Bangladesh, FBCCI, and Inspiring Bangladesh, was presented to Nabil at a ceremony held at the Independent University Bangladesh Auditorium in Dhaka. Nabil’s commendable contributions in various domains, including ICT, Youth Empowerment, Digitization, Trainings, and the realization of the Smart Bangladesh agenda, earned him this distinguished honor.
Expressing his gratitude for the award, Altamis Nabil remarked, “Every award serves as a wellspring of inspiration. The 40Under40 Smart Bangladesh ICT Award will serve as a catalyst to further my efforts in realizing the Smart Bangladesh agenda and empowering youth globally, including Bangladesh, while remaining aligned with the United Nations’ sustainable development goals.”
Currently serving as the Head of Managed Services at the multinational corporation Miaki, Altamis Nabil wears multiple hats, as he also holds the position of National Vice President of Junior Chamber International-Bangladesh. Furthermore, he has initiated a social endeavor known as the B. Positive Foundation. Altamis Nabil’s influence extends beyond borders, as he has authored books published in both Bangladesh and India. Additionally, he has played a pivotal role in uplifting the lives of numerous young individuals worldwide through his training expertise, covering areas such as Personal Branding, Content Writing, App Monetization, and more.
The event witnessed the presence of esteemed dignitaries, including former Principal Secretary of the Prime Minister’s Office, Abul Kalam Azad, former Ambassador of Bangladesh to the Republic of Turkey, Mosud Mannan, and Chief Innovation Officer of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Bangladesh, Dr. Syed Muntasir Mamun, who graced the occasion as the chief guest. In addition to Altamis Nabil, several other young icons of the country were also honored with the 40Under40 Smart Bangladesh ICT Award for their outstanding contributions to the ICT sector.
