One of the Listed Companies, Krishibid Seed Limited has recommended 5% cash Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2023.
In terms of financial performance, the company has reported an Earnings Per Share (EPS) of Tk. 0.77 for the year ending June 30, 2023. This figure represents a decrease from the previous fiscal year’s EPS of Tk. 1.01. The Net Asset Value (NAV) per share stands at Tk. 11.57, compared to Tk. 12.30 for the year ended June 30, 2022.
It’s worth noting that there will be no price limit on the trading of the company’s shares on September 19, 2023, following its corporate declaration. However, the floor price will remain applicable as appropriate.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on December 28 through the digital platform. The record date for this has been fixed at October 30.
