Trade Hikes on DSE Weekly Report
Weekly Dhaka Stock Exchange, DSE has seen a hike in trading. The market capitalization also increased simultaneously.

According to sources, the market capitalization of DSE increased by Tk 4 thousand 832 crore 92 lakh 40 thousand 199 last week. At the same time, the transaction has increased by 1 thousand 899 crore 17 lakh 31 thousand 935 taka.
The main DSE index added 32.67 points in the outgoing week. At the end of the week, the index stands at 6,410 points.
However, the other two indices, ‘DS30’ lost 12.82 points and ‘DSES’ 1.39 points.
Shares and units worth 5 thousand 472 crore 70 lakh 23 thousand 891 taka were traded in Dhaka Stock Exchange last week. At the end of the week, the market capitalization stood at 7 lakh 74 thousand 298 crore 64 lakh 55 thousand 748 taka.
Shares and units of 398 companies were traded on DSE during the week. Of these, 222 shares were unchanged. Only 46 companies fell, while 121 companies rose.
