Hakkani Pulp declares its dividends
Hakkani Pulp & Paper Mills Ltd has declared 1pc cash dividend for the financial year ended June 30, 2022, after reviewing and approving the current financial year at the meeting of the company’s board of directors held on Thursday (November 3).
According to the financial report of the completed financial year, the earnings per share (EPS) of the company loss by 1 taka 30 paisa. Earnings per share (EPS) was also loss Tk 1.28 paisa in the corresponding period last fiscal.
NAV per share (with revaluation) was Tk. 23.10 as on September 30, 2022 and Tk. 23.56 as on June 30, 2022. NAV per share (without revaluation) was Tk. 9.60 as on September 30, 2022 and Tk. 9.94 as on June 30, 2022.
The firm will hold the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on December 17 to approve this dividend. The record date for this has been fixed on November 24.
