452 crores 29 lakh shares were traded in DSE on this day. 123 crores 16 lakhs less trading was done in DSE today compared to the previous workday, 16 March, Shares worth Tk 483 crores 99 lakh shares were traded in DSE last time, Thursday.

The benchmark index DSEX dropped 12.91 points or 6,207. The Shariah-based index DSES lost 3.95 points or 1,352, and the blue-chip index DS30 shed 0.97 points or 2,217.

Of the issues traded, 19 advanced, 85 declined, and 213 remained unchanged.

Rangpur Diary & Food Products Limited ranked top gainer on DSE, the share price increased by Tk 1.7 paisa or 4.16 percent. On this day, the share was last traded at Tk 42.60 paisa.

On the other hand, Bengal Windsor Thermoplastics Ltd ranked top loser on the DSE, the share price dropped by Tk 3.9 paisa or 9.97 percent. On this day, the share was last traded at Tk 35.20 paisa.

DSE topped on trade Rupali Life Insurance Company Limited 29 rores 93 lakh 41 thousand takas of shares of the company have been traded.

A total of 51 companies’ shares were traded in the Block on Dhaka Stock Exchange, 1 crore 58 lakh 21 thousand 222 shares of the companies were traded. The financial value of which is 139 crore 74 lakh taka.

The benchmark DSEX added 34.95 points or 5,727 The Shariah-based index DSES gained 10.51 points or 1,261, and the blue-chip index DS30 increased by 13.35 points or 2,046.

Of the issues traded, 252 advanced, 86 declined and 58 remained unchanged.

Esquare Knit Composite PLC Limited ranked top gainer on DSE, the share price increased by Tk 2.20 paisa or 10.00 percent. On this day, the share was last traded at Tk 24.20 paisa.

Shyamour Sugar Mills Limited ranked top loser on the DSE, the share price dropped by Tk 5.30 paisa or 2.99 percent. On this day, the share was last traded at Tk 171.80 paisa.

DSE topped on trade is Orion Infusion Limited 45 crore 37 lakh takas of company shares have been traded.
