Libra Infusions Approved for 50% Stock Dividend by BSEC
The Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has granted approval to Libra Infusions Limited for the issuance of a 50% stock dividend for the fiscal year ending on June 30, 2021.
According to a filing with the stock exchange on Monday, the record date for eligibility for the stock dividend has been set for December 26.
Additionally, for the fiscal year 2021, the company has recommended a 30% cash dividend exclusively available to its general shareholders.
In the same fiscal year, Libra Infusions Limited reported earnings per share of Tk0.15 and a net asset value per share of Tk1,261. The closing price of its shares on the Dhaka Stock Exchange stood at Tk1,592.7 each as of Monday.
