Bangladesh’s stocks maintained gaining streak in the morning session today.

The DSEX, the benchmark index of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), rose 51 points, or 0.79pc, to 6,586 at 12:15 pm.

Turnover stood at Tk 1,248 crore.

Of the securities, 93 advanced, 143 declined, and 131 remained unaltered.

The CASPI, the all-share price index of the Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE), went up 167 points, or 0.87pc, to 19,368.

Turnover stood at Tk 76 crore.

On the CSE, 75 stocks advanced, 72 fell, and 85 were unaltered until midday.
